Participation Fee

Please review this page for details on how to submit a non-refundable payment for participation in the Music Mosaic Festival, which also includes the audition time. Payment can be conveniently made online or by mail.

Payment must be received by the deadline below:

Regular Registration Deadline: 
Friday, April 12th, 2013, 11:59PM

Late Fee Registration Deadline Extended: 
Wednesday, April 17th, 2013, 11:59PM

In order to submit payment by mail, please make all checks or money orders payable to Forte International and address to 8784 15th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228, USA. If you have more than 2 participants, please submit ONE payment for the total fees and list the participants in the Memo section.

In order to submit a secure payment online, please follow the following 3 easy steps:

1) Make a selection corresponding to your entry in the drop down menu box below.

Note: If you are making a payment on 4/12 or earlier use payment option A on the left. If you are making a payment between 4/13 and 4/14 use option B on the right.

2) Enter name of participant in the box below.

Note: If the entry includes more than one participant enter each participant's name separated by a comma.

3) Press "Pay Now" button and follow instructions on the screen in order to complete your payment through PayPal, credit or debit card.
