Photography and videotaping is strictly prohibited during the Music Mosaic Festival. However, you may order a photo/video of the performance as noted below.
Online: To place a secure order online please enter the name of the performer(s) or a group, enter your selection (A+D for a photo package 1 and video order for example, etc.), and click on “Buy Now” button below. You will be taken to PayPal.com where you can complete your purchase.
Mail: You can also send a check or money order payable to Forte International addressed to 8784 15th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11228, USA. In your order please clearly specify the name of the performer. Also please include your selection (photo/video and quantity of each) and contact information (phone number and/or email) so that we could reach you if we have any questions about the order.
Photo Packages
The following packages include all pictures taken during the performance:
A) Photo Package 1 – $30 per Solo Entry per performance
B) Photo Package 2 – $40 per Duo/Trio Entry per performance
C) Photo Package 3 – $50 per Quartet/Group (4 performers or more) Entry per performance
Individual Orders
D) Individual Video – $25 per performance
E) Individual Photo – $15 each
F) Additional copies – $10 each

Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering
By placing the order you confirm that you are a participant 18 years or older, teacher, parent or legal guardian of the participant and you agree to accept and be bound by all of the following terms and conditions.
All photos are provided as high resolution JPEG/JPG files.
Photo Packages include all pictures taken during one performance. If you would like to order a photo package from two performances (Around The Grand and Variete for example) multiply by 2 and so on. Individual Video order includes a video of one performance. Individual Photo order includes as many pictures as you like, up to the maximum number of pictures taken during the particular performance, selected at random. You may also order additional copies of the disc (if needed for other members of the group for example).
Due to technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances, photo/video of some performances may not be available.
The cost above does not include shipping and handling fee. The shipping and handling fee for orders within US/Mexico/Canada is $5 per order. Please contact us for shipping to other countries.
All photo/video sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
2. Warranty
Defective or missing items must be reported within 30 days for warranty.
3. Copyright Protection
